Gyan Krishi Education and Charitable Trust, India — the admissions partner for this programme — holds the details you send through this site and is responsible for them.

When you submit an enquiry or an enrolment, we record:

• your name, mobile number and email address;
• your state and district, when the form asks for them;
• anything you type into the message box — only what you choose to write;
• which advertisement or link brought you here, and the page you landed on, so we can tell which campaigns reach students;
• your IP address and browser identification, used to detect abuse of the form and for nothing else;
• if you pay, a record of each payment attempt — its reference, amount and outcome, including attempts that failed.

We do not collect your card, UPI or bank details. Those are entered on the payment provider’s own page and never reach this website.

To contact you about this programme — a call back, a WhatsApp message or an email about your enquiry, your enrolment and your payment. Submitting the form is your consent to be contacted about this programme. It is not consent to be marketed anything else, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Our payment service — when you pay, it receives your name and your contact details so it can raise the payment and send you a receipt. It passes what the payment provider needs to take the money, and returns only whether the payment succeeded.

The advertising platform that brought you here — if you enrol, we may report that an enrolment happened against the click that led to it, so campaigns reach students rather than form fillers.

• An enquiry that became an enrolment: 36 months — the programme runs twelve, and you may ask us to confirm you applied for a while after.
• An enquiry that did not: 24 months, two admission cycles, after which the record is stale and so is the consent.
• Your IP address, browser identification and the advertising identifiers: 90 days, then erased from the record while the rest of it remains.
• Payment records: kept with your enrolment, and deleted with it.

Write to us and we will erase your record within 30 days. It is deleted outright rather than hidden, and your payment records go with it. Our payment service keeps its own ledger of money that moved, which it is required to hold independently of us.
