Terms of registration

The registration payment is collected by Gyan Krishi Education and Charitable Trust, India — the admissions partner for this programme. It is not collected by Gandhinagar University.

Your bank or card statement will show the Trust, not the university. The payment page says the same thing above the pay button, and you are asked to confirm you have read it before the payment opens.

It reserves your place on the Certificate Program in Agriculture at Gandhinagar University for the 2026 batch and covers the registration step of your admission. It is not the programme fee, which the university invoices separately under its own terms.

Paying does not by itself complete your admission. The university confirms your place after checking your eligibility and documents.

You enter the amount yourself on the payment page. We accept whole rupees between ₹1 and ₹1,00,000; nothing outside that range can be submitted.

The figure you enter is the figure charged. It is recorded against your enrolment before you are sent to the payment provider, and a payment that comes back for any other amount is refused rather than accepted.

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Pressing pay takes you to a payment page hosted by our payment service, and from there to your own bank or payment provider. This website holds no payment credentials of any kind.

A payment link is single-use and expires. If it lapses before you finish, start again from the enrolment form — nothing is charged for an expired link.

Every attempt is recorded against your enrolment, including ones that did not go through, with its reference and amount. Quote that reference when you contact us and we can tell you exactly what happened to a payment.

Once a payment has succeeded, that record is final: it is never rewritten. A correction is made as a new entry, so the history stays intact.

The period within which a registration payment may be refunded, and any deduction applied, are [to be confirmed: the refund window and terms, pending legal review]. Until that is published here, a refund request is handled case by case and we will confirm the outcome to you in writing.
